Yes and no. CBT offers a vast library of knowledge to help us navigate much of life’s turbulence, if applied appropriately. However, Simpeace to us is much more than just CBT. Our Simpeace team have synthesised theoretical knowledge of CBT with deeper realisations from direct personal experience, so that we can offer a more raw and intuitive approach towards emotional well-being.
