You can improve your fitness through various physical activities. There is no need to join a gym if you do not want to. Our belief is that exercise should be something you enjoy so that you willingly do it regularly. This could be anything from walking your dog around the neighbourhood, cleaning your home thoroughly, going for a swim or running a marathon.
