Actually, we don’t suggest counting calories as part of our plan! We focus on portion control with our Simportion guide helping you understand what a proper portion should look like for various food groups. We also emphasise the importance of hunger management and one of our key goals is to help people understand their hunger, identify real hunger from psychological hunger, and to reprogramme their hunger patterns. 

 

Many of our patients have found the Simportion approach to be far more liberating than rigid calorie counting, which we often get wrong anyway. We do however offer a healthy calorie range for our members as a general guideline.
